Job summary

energyRe LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects from development handoff through construction to closeout. You will coordinate with the Owner, EPCs, consultants, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and to high quality standards.

Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to departmental development, process improvements, and staff mentoring to build best-in-class construction management capabilities for energyRe LLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive construction project management experience, preferably in renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in managing EPC contracts and owner’s representative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from development handoff through construction completion and turnover to operations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring compliance with Owner’s objectives.
• Directly oversee EPC contract execution, including change management, claims mitigation, and risk management.
• Communicate and report updates between all stakeholders.
• Support scheduling, forecasting, and reporting for the broader Construction group.
