RES is seeking a Project Manager I to lead EPC utility-scale projects at a site in Little Rock, AR. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, manage client relations, and drive project performance from start to finish.

The role requires managing permits, schedules, risks, and change orders, with a focus on delivering on contract terms and achieving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 4+ years EPC project management experience.
• 3+ years Solar or T&D EPC exposure.
• Ability to travel 76-100% of the time and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and development of the Project Execution Plan with stakeholders.
• Manage EPC delivery including safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain contractual terms, change orders, and client relations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on site.
• Monitor progress, report status to stakeholders, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, EMS, and safety standards.
