RES is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee EPC project delivery in a site-based role in Houston, Texas. You will manage safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

You will lead planning, contract administration, and risk management while reporting progress to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, or Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 4+ years EPC Project Management experience.
• Willingness to travel 76-100% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage project teams.

Responsabilités

• Leads development of the Project Execution Plan and manages its updates.
• Oversees EPC project delivery, including safety, quality, schedule and budget.
• Manages contract terms, changes, and client communications.
• Reports project status, risks, and forecast to stakeholders.
• collaborates with engineering, procurement, and operations.
