Job summary

Schneider Electric in Southeast Texas is seeking an EPC Business Development Leader to drive growth across complex capital projects by building and expanding relationships with EPC firms and strategic end-user accounts.

You will lead early-stage engagement, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration to position Schneider Electric as a preferred long-term technology partner across automation, digital, electrical, and lifecycle solutions.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in business development, sales, engineering, or project execution within industrial or infrastructure markets.
• Evidence of selling DCS, SIS, PLC and drives (Foxboro, Triconex, Modicon, Altivar).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with EPC firms and large owner/operator accounts.
• Ability to influence and close complex, multi-stakeholder capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue large capital project opportunities across industrial segments.
• Develop strategic account plans for priority EPC firms and owner/operators.
• Engage early in project lifecycles to influence architectures and outcomes.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with EPC executives and engineering leaders.
• Coordinate engagement across Schneider Electric business units and project portfolios.
