Job summary

SAMSON Controls, Inc. in Houston recruits a senior sales leader to guide large capital projects across North America. You will qualify, develop, quote, and deliver solutions for EPCs, OEMs, and contractors, driving robust pursuit strategies and a strong pipeline.

You will work with regional managers, project engineers, and the National Sales Director to align efforts, develop opportunities, and close deals while maintaining high presentation and communication standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years in sales or business development.
• Experience working with EPCs is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the sales process to qualify, develop, quote and deliver large and complex capital projects.
• Determine and execute the project pursuit strategy with EPCs, OEMs, Contractors and other influencers.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Project Engineers, the Project Group Manager and the National Sales Director.
• Track and summarize project pipeline for defined projects.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
