The Project Manager will guide project development from feasibility through procurement and construction, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires substantial leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale specialty construction projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Travel up to 100% depending on project needs.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may be required outside schedule to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, organization, and staffing of EPC projects while controlling safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with business development and engineering to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Provide guidance on project strategy and risk during pre-contract phases and during execution.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and construction activities on site to ensure milestones are met.
