Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an ES Account Executive I to drive new business for Environmental Solutions.

You will identify prospects, engage senior executives, and promote recycling, waste, environmental compliance, and sustainability services to new customers at all organizational levels. In this role you will build a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic networking, tailor environmental solutions to client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Driver’s license is required
• Technical knowledge of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell recycling, waste, environmental compliance, and sustainability services tailored to customers’ needs.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
• Understand customer operations to design customized environmental solutions with internal teams.
• Utilize CRM daily, document activities, and build robust profiles on prospects.
• Develop awareness of market behavior and competitive trends to anticipate customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and offer additional solutions to grow revenue.
• Complete required Environmental Service Agreements, Pricing Proposals, and reports in a timely manner.
