Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in environmental consulting, business development, and project delivery.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and grow revenue.
• Experience leading strategic accounts and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, lead, and support strategic pursuits and growth initiatives across Environmental Services.
• Build and strengthen client relationships as trusted advisor and client manager for key clients.
• Develop and implement client relationship strategies for long-term growth and repeat business.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leaders, and regional leadership to align opportunities.
• Promote a positive, growth-oriented culture focused on quality, accountability, collaboration, and client service.
• Lead business development planning, key pursuit strategies, and client account planning to support revenue growth.
