Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strengthen strategic client relationships, expand key accounts, and align Stantec’s expertise with client priorities to create lasting value and improve client satisfaction.
• Lead development and annual refresh of the BC Growth Strategy, including markets, client targets, account strategies, and investments.
• Shape the pursuit lifecycle from market positioning through qualification, capture planning, proposal strategy, and post-submittal follow-up.
• Oversee pursuit and project risk management, including contracts, fees, and proposals for major opportunities.
