Responsibilities

• Identify, lead, and support strategic pursuits, proposals, interviews, and growth initiatives.
• Build and strengthen client relationships as trusted advisor and manager.
• Develop and implement client relationship strategies for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leaders, and regional leadership to align opportunities.
• Promote a growth-focused culture centered on quality, accountability, and client service.
• Lead business development planning and client account planning to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities with disciplined pursuit planning.
• Champion collaboration across geographies and practices to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support cross-selling by connecting client needs with internal expertise.
• Maintain understanding of market trends, client priorities, and competitors.
• Increase visibility through client engagement, networks, conferences, and thought leadership.
• Use planning tools to track opportunities, forecast work, and plan resources.
• Participate in project delivery in leadership, advisory, or project management roles.
• Promote strong project management, quality, risk management, and QA practices.
• Ensure safe, efficient delivery aligned with safety and environmental expectations.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement in environmental services.
• Inspire and mentor teams, supporting career development and succession planning.
