Stantec is seeking a Practice Leader to shape and implement growth strategies, expand client relationships, and guide strategic pursuits in environmental services. The role combines leadership with financial acumen to deliver high-performing teams and sustainable client outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of leadership in environmental consulting, strong market knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across geographies and disciplines with a focus on client service and delivery

Qualifikationen

Proven leadership in environmental consulting, business development, and project delivery.
Ability to develop client relationships and grow revenue in a professional services environment.
Experience collaborating across technical disciplines and regions.

Identify, lead, and support strategic pursuits, proposals, and growth initiatives across Environmental Services and related markets.
Build and strengthen client relationships as trusted advisor and client manager for key clients.
