Responsibilities

• Identify, lead, and support strategic pursuits, proposals, interviews, and growth initiatives across Environmental Services and related markets.
• Build and strengthen client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and client manager for key clients.
• Develop and implement client relationship strategies that support long‑term growth, client satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leaders, account managers, and regional leadership to align opportunities with client needs and Stantec’s capabilities.
• Promote a positive, growth‑oriented culture focused on quality, accountability, collaboration, and client service.
