Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in environmental consulting and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client growth across Orange County and Southern California.
• Serve as trusted advisor and mentor for project managers and staff.
• Provide senior technical direction and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Manage project portfolios and contribute to annual planning and budgeting.
