Matrix New World Engineering, part of True Environmental, is seeking a Client Development Leader to drive business development across Compliance, Remediation, and Site Investigation. You will manage key accounts, build client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include shaping proposals, pursuing new opportunities, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while promoting growth through strategic partnerships and industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• 10+ years of business development and client-relationship leadership.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business software.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services (compliance, remediation, site investigation).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Develop key accounts and move relationships toward trusted-advisor status.
• Engage clients via meetings, conferences, site visits, and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Represent the company at industry events to promote services and visibility.
