Job summary

Matrix New World Engineering, part of True Environmental, seeks a Client Development Leader to drive business development for Compliance, Remediation, and Site Investigation. The role focuses on cultivating key accounts, managing client relationships, and advancing strategic initiatives.

You will lead strategic plans with the Senior VP and coordinate proposals, meetings, site visits, and industry engagement to grow consulting services and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting/A/E/C or related industry.
• 10+ years of business development and leading client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services in compliance, remediation and site investigation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to hit revenue targets.
• Develop proposals for potential new projects and programs.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Ensure client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution with operations.
