Job summary

Matrix New World Engineering, a part of True Environmental and its partner firms, seeks a Client Development Leader to drive business development for EHS/Industrial Hygiene. You will lead key accounts, shape strategic plans, and advance client relationships across projects.

Responsibilities include pursuing opportunities, negotiating contracts, mentoring teams, and representing the firm at conferences to bolster market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years in environmental consulting or related field.
• 10+ years in business development and key accounts.
• Strong multi-disciplinary team collaboration and time mgmt.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic plans to grow EHS/Industrial Hygiene consulting.
• Develop and manage key client relationships and accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Present proposals and lead project capture efforts.
• Mentor project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Foster collaboration and a high-performance work culture.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address service issues.
