Job summary

True Environmental, in partnership with Matrix New World Engineering, seeks a Client Development Leader to drive strategic growth across compliance, remediation and site investigation services. You will build and manage key accounts, foster client relationships, and guide strategic initiatives under the Senior Vice President of Environmental Services.

You will lead proposals, pursue new business, negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets, mentor project teams, and ensure delivery excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting or related field.
• 10+ years of business development and client relationship leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services in compliance, remediation and site investigation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and manage key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and stakeholder meetings to raise visibility.
