Job summary

Matrix New World Engineering, part of True Environmental, seeks a Client Development Leader to drive growth in compliance, remediation and site investigation services. You will oversee key accounts, nurture client relationships, and shape strategic initiatives to capture new opportunities.

You will partner with senior leadership to develop proposals, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure delivery excellence while representing the firm at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, A/E/C or relevant industry.
• 10+ years in business development and leading/building client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services in compliance, remediation and site investigation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients, and negotiate contracts to meet project targets.
• Develop proposals for potential new projects and programs.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote services.
