Job summary

Matrix New World Engineering, a part of True Environmental, seeks a Client Development Leader to drive business development across Compliance, Remediation and Site Investigation. You will lead client relationships, strategic initiatives, and the growth of consulting services.

You will partner with the Senior VP to grow services, advance trusted-advisor relationships, and guide multi-disciplinary teams in delivering impactful proposals and projects with a focus on excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years in environmental consulting or related industry.
• 10+ years in business development and client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services in compliance, remediation and site investigation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; build relationships with clients and negotiate contracts.
• Develop trust-based client relationships and manage key accounts for long-term, multi‑practice growth.
• Lead and participate in meetings, site visits, conferences and client engagements to advance opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality delivery of proposals and projects.
