True Environmental’s Matrix New World Engineering division seeks a Client Development Leader to spearhead business development for compliance, remediation and site investigation services. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage key accounts, and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, develop proposals, and represent the firm at conferences to expand market presence in environmental consulting. Extensive BD experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, A/E/C or related industry.
• 10+ years of business development experience and leading/building client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with team members on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services in compliance, remediation and site investigation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Develop key accounts and advance relationships to trusted-advisor status for long-term, multi-practice engagement.
• Engage with clients through meetings, site visits and conferences to promote services.
• Manage client satisfaction and address service issues proactively with operations.
• Lead the development of proposals for new projects and programs and, when needed, serve as a senior resource to deliver projects.
• Ensure resources are deployed effectively and deliver high-quality work.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to enhance visibility in the mining community.
• Foster collaboration and a client-focused culture while mentoring junior team members.
