Job summary

Matrix New World Engineering, a part of True Environmental, seeks a Client Development Leader to drive business development across the EHS/Industrial Hygiene practice. You will lead key accounts, cultivate client relationships, and shape strategic initiatives to win projects and expand services.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Environmental Services, you will negotiate contracts, mentor junior staff, and represent the firm at conferences to promote capabilities and grow market presence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
15+ years in environmental consulting, A/E/C, or related industry.
10+ years in business development and client relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead strategic plans to grow consulting services in the EHS/Industrial Hygiene practice.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to hit revenue targets.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and manage client relationships.
Represent the company at conferences and networking events to promote services.
