Job summary

Lewis Environmental LLC in New Jersey seeks a results-driven Business Development Representative to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and expand market presence across environmental remediation, emergency response and industrial services.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage proposals, and track ROI. Travel and occasional overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in environmental or related services.
• Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's sales strategy to hit quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients for recurring revenue.
• Lead BD efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Develop tailored proposals and campaigns with ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and project management to align service delivery.
• Promote SDR program to improve client responsiveness.
• Represent the company at conferences and client meetings.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new BD team members as needed.
