You will identify new opportunities, nurture key accounts, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with operations, marketing, and project teams.

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in environmental services or related sector.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed (including overnight).

Responsabilidades

• Execute the company's sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target industries (environmental remediation, emergency response, industrial services).
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients for recurring revenue opportunities.
• Lead BD efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region and develop tailored proposals and campaigns.
