Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for the North Texas region. You will identify and close new clients, grow revenues, and manage strategic relationships across North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Travel will be required as part of the role. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of direct sales experience in industrial or environmental services, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience in industrial, technical, or environmental services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new clients meeting prospect profiles.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers in the territory.
• Attend trade shows and coordinate with partners to expand brand awareness.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to win opportunities.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage activities and follow-up.
