Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Director of Environmental Lab Sales to drive revenue growth across a multi-state territory. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers and account executives, align sales with laboratory capacity, and ensure regulatory compliance while building strategic client relationships.

The role requires deep environmental regulatory knowledge, superior leadership, and a track record of end-to-end sales excellence in technical services or laboratory

Qualifications

Proven ability to build and execute a regional sales strategy.
Experience in environmental testing, lab services, or consulting preferred.
Strong leadership and coaching skills for a dispersed team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual sales strategy and territory plan.
Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
Coordinate with operations to ensure capacity and compliance; manage key accounts.
Mentor Business Development Managers and account executives across states.
Represent the company at conferences and client visits.
