Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a Business Development Manager in Texas to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the environmental services sector. The role reports to District Managers with dotted line to Regional Sales Directors.

The candidate will build relationships with decision-makers, conduct market research, and create compelling proposals to win new business while working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 3+ years in a sales role within environmental or similar industries.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• 50% or more travel required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and email marketing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Create proposals and presentations to showcase TAS’ value proposition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
• Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Mitigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage pipelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
