Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive strategic growth, develop new business and expand relationships with existing clients across multiple regions. You will coordinate marketing, proposals, and mobilizations with our Growth Enablement team to win and deliver consulting services.

The role requires a technical/scientific background, strong communication, and a willingness to travel extensively to pursue opportunities across the US.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Science or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development roles.
• Strong scientific background with the ability to learn and understand technical content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver presentations to clients, often of industry experts.
• Willing to travel and work across the US as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships for strategic growth and opportunities.
• Expand and maintain strategic accounts including contract management and rate communication.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create outreach materials and conference strategies.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with leads, opportunities, and engagements to drive activity.
• Coordinate quotes, proposals, and RFPs with Growth Enablement and mobilization teams.
• Travel up to 50%+ and support opportunities across the country.
