Job summary

Onterris, Inc. seeks a Regional Vice President to lead the US East Environmental Consulting & Engineering team, overseeing growth, strategy and profitability.

The role requires strategic collaboration with executive leadership, strong client focus and cross-office coordination, with travel to client sites and offices. Based in a major office (Tampa, Orlando, or Valley Forge) with frequent travel, you will drive regional EBITDA, revenue and operational excellence while mentoring senior managers

Qualifications

• 15+ years in environmental engineering or consulting.
• Experience leading large, multi-geography organizations with $50M+ revenue.
• Strong P&L and balance sheet management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across US East offices to align with corporate vision.
• Drive regional EBITDA, revenue, utilization and DSO targets.
• Lead acquisition identification and integration within the US East region.
• Develop and manage annual cost centers, budgets and resource allocation.
• Partner with SMEs and Corporate Marketing to grow the Onterris brand and services.
• Oversee safety, health and environmental compliance across operations.
