Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, biological, cultural or related environmental sciences.
• 15+ years of experience in environmental engineering or consulting with growth leadership.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth and continuous improvement.
• Lead a client-focused business ethically and promote inclusive behavior for professional growth.
• Provide cohesive direction across US East offices to align with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and commercial teams to deliver winning value propositions.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet regional EBITDA, revenue and KPI targets.
• Identify acquisitions and oversee integration and talent development in the region.
