Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking an Account Manager to drive outside sales, develop new business, and manage assigned accounts to support all company services. The role involves travel up to 80% and requires maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering consistent service delivery.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience; preferred background in sales, business, marketing or science. Indianapolis-area and environmental services context are implied.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven industry related sales experience (required) -OR- 7+ years of proven industry related sales experience (required).
• Bachelor's degree (required); focus within sales, business, marketing or science (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Outside sales, new business development, and account management with assigned accounts to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery with travel up to 80%.
• Identify potential new accounts and solicit orders through personal sales calls.
• Foster sales relationships with target accounts and existing customers.
• Prepare and interpret periodic reports on activities, sales volume, and expenses.
• Participate in sales meetings and training; represent the company at industry events.
