HDR Oklahoma City seeks an Environmental Project Manager to lead NEPA studies, environmental evaluations, and regulatory permit work for private and public clients, while mentoring others and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

You will establish project sequencing, oversee budgets and staff, and work with Project Engineers and Planners to deliver high-quality environmental deliverables on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years related experience with at least 2 years in project management.
• Strong writing, verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental evaluations, regulatory permit consultations, and NEPA documents for private and public clients.
• Provide technical expertise at project level and grow HDR’s environmental program through client relationships.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects with high technical complexity.
• Coordinate workload, supervise project teams, and mentor less-experienced staff.
• Provide regulatory guidance (Section 10/401/404/408 & NEPA) to clients.
