Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager for our Environmental and Regulatory Team in Tulsa, OK. You will lead NEPA documentation, environmental permitting, and studies, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant solutions and client value.

Preferred candidates have 10+ years of NEPA experience, Section 404/401 permitting expertise, and strong technical writing. Travel for client meetings is required, and mentoring junior staff is encouraged within HDR's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience.
Experience managing NEPA projects and environmental permitting.
Strong writing, communication, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

Serve as Senior Project Manager for environmental permitting and NEPA documentation.
Lead teams through environmental processes for assessment, reporting, and permitting.
Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities.
Oversee proposals, cost estimates, budgeting, and invoicing.
Coordinate schedules, QA/QC, and resolve issues in studies.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with regulatory teams.
