HDR is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager for our Environmental and Regulatory Team in Tulsa, OK. You will lead NEPA documentation, environmental permitting, and studies, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant solutions and client value.

Preferred candidates have 10+ years of NEPA experience, Section 404/401 permitting expertise, and strong technical writing. Travel for client meetings is required, and mentoring junior staff is encouraged within HDR's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience.
• Experience managing NEPA projects and environmental permitting.
• Strong writing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Project Manager for environmental permitting and NEPA documentation.
• Lead teams through environmental processes for assessment, reporting, and permitting.
• Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee proposals, cost estimates, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Coordinate schedules, QA/QC, and resolve issues in studies.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with regulatory teams.
