Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Project Manager/Team Lead in Oklahoma City to serve as an environmental SME on regulatory issues and NEPA documents for private and public clients.

You will lead evaluations, permit consultations, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. The role requires 7+ years in environmental planning and 2+ years of project management, with strong writing skills and client development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years related environmental planning experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to interact with diverse design teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as environmental SME on regulatory issues (NEPA, 10/401/404/408).
• Lead and manage environmental evaluations and permit consultations.
• Oversee project delivery, schedules, budgets, and staff development.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise project teams.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and client relationships.
• Coordinate workload across projects and marketing efforts.
