Job summary

HDR, a leader in energy and environmental services, seeks an Environmental Project Manager/Team Lead to act as an environmental SME on regulatory issues, NEPA documents, and a broad range of evaluations for public and private clients.

You will guide project delivery, staff development, and financial performance while expanding HDR’s environmental program through client relationships across NTX/OK/AR regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of related environmental planning experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an environmental SME on regulatory issues and NEPA documents.
• Lead multiple environmental evaluations and permit consultations for clients.
• Manage project deliverables, schedules, and staff assignments.
• Develop client relationships to grow HDR's environmental services.
• Provide guidance on regulatory matters to internal and external clients.
