This role is based in our Oklahoma City office and supports our NT/OK/AK environmental sciences team. You will manage projects and staff, coordinate with clients, prepare proposals, and mentor junior staff while ensuring schedules, budgets, and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years related experience.
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental evaluations, regulatory permit consultations, and NEPA documents for private and public clients.
• Manage projects and staff, track deliverables, schedules, and budgets; oversee subconsultants.
• Establish task sequencing and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor environmental staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide regulatory guidance (Section 10/401/404/408 & NEPA) to clients and prepare proposals.
