Job summary

HDR is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead and manage environmental evaluations, regulatory permit consultations, and NEPA documents for private and public clients from our Oklahoma City office.

You will provide technical expertise, manage project deliverables and staff, build client relationships, and oversee complex, multi-discipline projects while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong communication skills.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of NT/OK/AK environmental sciences and planning section and regional team.
• Provide technical expertise and grow HDR’s environmental program through client relationships.
• Manage projects and staff, track deliverables and schedules, review invoices, manage subconsultants.
• Plan, direct, and monitor large multidisciplinary projects with high complexity.
• Supervise and mentor project teams.
