Qualifications

• 15+ years of environmental consulting, engineering, or leadership in the industry.
• Established professional reputation with a broad network of relationships.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and generate new business in a consulting environment.
• Proven seller-doer capabilities balancing business development, client management, and project execution.
• Ability to identify client needs and shape practical solutions with existing and new accounts.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and multi-site programs.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead client relationships with regional, national, and multi-site accounts.
• Identify, develop, and win opportunities through technical expertise and networks.
• Lead client calls and major proposal efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to cross-selling of environmental, engineering, and sustainability services.
• Mentor project managers to build business development skills.
• Provide technical guidance across environmental compliance and related services.
• Support delivery teams with QA/QC, risk-based decisions, and leadership.
