Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and PCA projects nationwide.

This subcontractor opportunity works alongside our full-time team on projects across the United States. As part of our approved Subconsultant Network, you will conduct onsite property inspections and prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards, offering flexible work hours and potential for future full-time

Qualifications

• Must travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of ESA and/or PCA experience.
• Strong technical writing and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections and coordinate field work.
• Prepare professional Phase I ESA or PCA reports in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with the network and project teams across the U.S.
• Adhere to ASTM and industry guidelines in reporting.
