Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I ESA and PCA for commercial real estate due diligence.

This subcontractor opportunity works with our full-time team on projects across the United States, requiring onsite inspections and professional reports per ASTM and industry standards. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Phase I ESA or PCA experience, strong technical writing, and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (“walk”).
• Prepare professional reports (“write”) in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
• Complete full reports independently and manage multiple projects.
