Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of ESA/PCA experience, strong technical writing, and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines. Travel to job sites is required, with opportunities for future full-time positions within a reputable national

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of Phase I ESA or PCA experience.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (walk) and prepare professional reports (write).
• Publish reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
• Collaborate with our approved Subconsultant Network on projects nationwide.
