Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. seeks experienced Field Professionals to support Phase I ESA and PCA assessments. You will perform onsite inspections and write reports per ASTM standards, joining our Subconsultant Network for nationwide projects on a flexible, project-based basis.

This role suits skilled assessors seeking varied work with a reputed national firm and potential for future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of Phase I ESA and/or PCA experience.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (“walk”).
• Prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
• Collaborate with our Subconsultant Network and full-time team on projects nationwide.
