Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. in the U.S. seeks Field Professionals to support Phase I ESA and PCA projects.

This subcontractor role involves onsite inspections and reporting for assignments nationwide, working with our approved subconsultant network and full-time staff. Requirements: 2+ years ESA/PCA experience, strong technical writing, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, and travel to job sites. Familiarity with ASTM ESA/PCA guidelines preferred; Quire is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (walks) in accordance with ASTM standards.
• Prepare professional Phase I ESA and PCA reports.
• Collaborate with subconsultant network and full-time team on projects.
