Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. seeks Field Professionals to perform Phase I ESA and PCA inspections nationwide, supporting our approved subcontractor network. You will conduct onsite walk inspections and write reports to ASTM standards, collaborating with our full-time team on diverse CRE due diligence projects.

This is a flexible, project-based role ideal for experienced assessors seeking steady work across the United States, with potential for future full-time opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of Phase I ESA and/or PCA experience.
• Strong technical writing and ability to complete reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (walk) and collect data.
• Prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the full-time team on projects nationwide.
