Job summary

U.S. Environmental is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order processing, client communication, and interdepartmental coordination. You will enter orders, answer calls and emails, and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and eager to learn about our environmental equipment, applications, and maintenance to better assist clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the operating software Alert IMS.
• Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients via phone and email concerning orders and forwarding calls to the appropriate department.
• Input and print new orders, make changes that may include cancellations, additions, date changes, transfers, and stop rentals.
• Communicate essential information to technical, sales, purchasing and delivery/shipping teams via appropriate protocols; including face-to-face discussions, inter-office calls, email or video conferencing.
• Follow-up with clients to provide information or solicit needed documents, order confirmations, quotes or other essential information.
• Facilitate inter-office transfer of equipment.
• Assist inventory and accounting associates in ensuring inventory transactions are recorded accurately.
• Perform all reasonably assigned tasks.
