You will manage data in LIMS and work closely with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify issues and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients with comprehensive training on products and services and set up client data in LIMS.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the primary client contact.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Monitor sample progress to ensure project timelines are on track.
• Coordinate with laboratory departments for timely project execution and issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing education and training to maximize product and service utilization.
