Team Velocity in Phoenix, AZ seeks an entry level Website Support Specialist L1 to resolve website and web interface issues with strong problem-solving and communication. You will collaborate with Customer Success, OEM and Development teams to ensure timely resolutions and learn Apollo platform usage.

Role includes assisting content maintenance and inventory management while expanding knowledge of automotive marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in a website support role or customer-facing technical support is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web building tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Resolve website support requests via email, phone, and portal in a timely manner.
• Assist Onboarding, OEM and Customer Success teams with content and inventory management.
• Identify, document, and report product malfunctions and issues; stay updated on product changes.
