Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support or similar role.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, web building software, and content management systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs and systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and resolve website support requests via email, phone, and web submission.
• Assist onboarding, OEM, and Customer Success teams with website content and inventory management.
• Analyze product malfunctions and report issues through company tracking systems; stay current with product updates.
