Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Support Specialist (L1) to join our Phoenix, AZ team onsite. This entry level, full-time role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, plus working knowledge of HTML & CSS and web-building tools.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, OEM and Development teams to resolve website-related requests, assist with content and inventory management, and stay current on product enhancements in the automotive marketing space.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Customer Support or similar role.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, web-building software, and content management systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs and systems.
• Patience and empathy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and resolve website support requests via email, phone, and web submission.
• Maintain website content and inventory management in collaboration with onboarding and customer success teams.
• Analyze, document and report product malfunctions and escalate issues as needed.
• Keep up to date with the latest product enhancements and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
