Job summary

Team Velocity is seeking an entry-level Website Support Specialist L1 to help with website-related requests and collaborate with Customer Success, OEM and Development teams. You will maintain content and gain in-depth knowledge of our automotive-focused solutions.

The role requires a service mindset, curiosity, basic HTML/CSS familiarity, and the ability to work independently or with others while learning the automotive industry and Apollo platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1 year in Customer Support or similar role.
Understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems.
Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-facing focus.

Responsibilities

Attain working knowledge of Team Velocitys products, processes, and Apollo platform.
Prioritize and resolve website support requests via email, phone, and web submissions.
Assist onboarding, OEM, and Customer Success teams with website content and inventory management.
Analyze and report product malfunctions using company tracking systems; stay updated on product enhancements.
