Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Support Specialist (L1) to join our Phoenix, AZ team onsite. This entry-level, full-time role focuses on resolving website-related requests with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You will work with Customer Success, OEM and Development teams, maintaining website content, inventory data, and CMS workflows while learning our Apollo platform. Prior experience in website support and familiarity with HTML/CSS are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Support or similar role.
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS website coding principles.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity's products, processes and Apollo platform.
• Prioritize and resolve website support requests via email, phone, and web submissions.
• Assist onboarding and content maintenance with CMS and inventory management as needed.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions and issues; escalate when needed.
• Stay up to date with product enhancements and functionality.
